Airmid The Celtic Goddess of Healing. Miach jedoch heilte die Wunde sofort, indem er sein überlegenes medizinisches Wissen und seine magischen Fähigkeiten einsetzte. Das ließ Diancechts Wut nur noch größer werden, und zum zweiten Mal zog er sein Schwert, dieses Mal schnitt er Miach bis auf die Knochen durch. Genauso schnell konnte sich Miach jedoch wieder selbst heilen. An diesem Punkt verlor Diancecht endgültig die Kontrolle über seine Wut und nahm sein Schwert erneut in die Hand und schnitt direkt in das Gehirngewebe seines Sohnes. Was dann geschah, war wirklich wunderbar. Miach zeigte sich als der hervorragende Arzt, der er war, und er konnte sich tatsächlich noch einmal selbst heilen. Schließlich wurde sehr deutlich, dass Diancechts Hass auf seinen Sohn den Punkt erreicht hatte, an dem es kein Zurück mehr gab. Langsam zog Diancecht sein Schwert und dann schlug er seinen Sohn zum letzten Mal auf den Kopf, diesmal trennte er Miachs Gehirn vollständig von seinem Schädel. Da ging Diancecht einfach weg und ließ seinen verwundeten Sohn, der sich nicht mehr selbst heilen konnte, zum Sterben am Boden liegen. Die Legende besagt, dass Diancecht, als er auf seinen sterbenden Sohn herabsah, kein einziges Mal Reue zeigte. Airmid hatte auch große magische Kräfte und Kräuterhandwerk war ihre Spezialität. Miach hatte es ihr gut beigebracht, und sie kannte die verschiedenen Verwendungen jeder einzelnen Pflanze. Als Airmid ihren Bruder beerdigte, geschah dies in großer Trauer. Sie vermisste ihn sehr, da sie sich immer so nahe gewesen waren, und sie besuchte häufig sein Grab.
