This is called the BASIC body healing because I am currently also working on a chart set that goes much more in depth in understanding the organs, systems, tissues etc ... to clarify though, this chart book is perfect for all experience levels and abilities.

For general dowsing I recommend using the small or large wooden pendulum, for working to heal and resolve issues I recommend the large wooden pendulum as sold on this site, it connects beautifully with the high vibrational energies to easily clear and resolve all that comes forth.
These charts can also be used to understand the info and then channel the energy working with reiki to create positive shift and change.
