My Kundalini Awakening

In this beautiful dance of life where the mind body and soul has the opportunity to experience ascension towards a New Earth consciousness, I am finding moments of stillness and purity within our energetic fields to embody this sacred quest, and in turn, be of greater service to all I am and what I have the potential to offer you.

5 Days in Llandudno, Wales, UK

Imagine starting and ending your day bathed in a gentle, protective light, your energy field humming with peace and purpose.

This is the gift that was received in a QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) meetup over 5 days in Llandadno. Myself and 5 other certified QHHT practitioners met to experience, explore and evolve through a heart-centred approach, guiding our souls on their transformative journeys through daily QHHT session swaps.

Through the exploration of the QHHT modality with other practitioners it awakens not just our personal skills facilitating QHHT sessions, but it truly escalates our connection to the sovereign self as it weaves seamlessly into a rhythm, offering immediate, tangible benefits.

Dragon & Elemental Energy

This energy was phenomenal as we moved through our days and the elements and elementals spoke to us through daily walks, our meditations and our regressions. They were ever present in guiding us and nurturing what came next.

My Personal Regression Experiences that led to my Kundalini Awakening

Day 1 Regression - Fertilising the Cosmic Egg

So much happens in a regression but my over-riding intention this weekend was to fully activate my Kundalini channels, so as Angela connected with my higher soul and guided it through my intention it 'fertilised' the cosmic egg and I witnessed many tiny Cosmic Serpents form into one large Cosmic Rainbow Serpent within this cosmic egg ... well, to say the least I was thrilled with this.

Day 2 Regression - Attuning the field of potentials

I had the privilege of spending the day with a practitioner, Raluca, that LOVES the outdoors and we found ourselves at the Bardic Stone Circle. She facilitated this powerful session as I lay on the centre stone, the stand out moment from this regression is the image of the stones becoming White Stags as I dropped into regression, an energy frequency flowing through their antlers, then the portal of full spectrum white light opened.

This was my last conscious memory.

Later, listening back to the recording, the portal of light consciousness had communicated, healed, aligned, harmonised and offered information. This blows my mind that she was able to communicate directly with the light portal consciousness here through me!

Day 3 Regression - A Kundalini Awakening

Kate and I worked together this day, I had an ongoing intention of a full kundalini awakening. We journeyed to parts of the soul through regression that had been unexplored and through what had been received the previous days, it really laid the foundation for what came next. The image and feeling, the emotion of ecstasy as we became the foetus in a cocoon within a cosmic field and our spinal channel was like piano keys. I could see each 'key' coded with a light signature and each code was being tuned to perfect harmony. It was deeply emotional and an exquisitely beautiful experience as we crawled out of that cocoon to become a quantum butterfly.

The energy was truly profound.

The Group Regressions

It honestly just keeps getting better and better when you are in a vibrational space with other remarkable soul aligned people. It is difficult to describe the breadth of energy vibrating around you constantly for those 5 days. This then awakens the mind to be more susceptible to receive also in meditation and vision.

So the group meditation this day I entered a corridor seeing it lined with the 'grandmothers' of my energetic field. I was drawn to a grandmother that had tribal markings on her face and as we entered the door we went through a fog that allowed me to become molecular with her, like millions of molecules in this fog. When we came out of the fog it was like she had combined with me and I was a large White Wolf in an ancient forest. It was a stunning experience. As we moved through the guided meditation I shape shifted again into an Eagle, and then, in the last scene, all these ancestors working on my etheric field unbinding, recreating for this 'shape shifting' ability to stay with me.

We then moved on to another door. I laughed to myself as a hand of light came out of the door and called me to it. I entered into an artists wonderland where inspiration, colour, form, frequency was all there. So magnificent. I was then guided to move scene and there were vials of frequency codes on a bench and I was guided to choose what I would like to awaken to.

Haha!

Like a kid in a candy store as I called in and embodied these inspirational, muse like codes to activate within me now!

Reflecting on my Journey

As I sit here reflecting on the pure magic that unfolded this weekend I am very aware of the foundational practices on a day to day basis that have contributed to this experience.

I share my story to inspire you to see more, to be more. To believe you can.

I have evolved from a mind numbing lifetime of chronic illness and fatigue to heal in my totality and beyond. I would not have known to even think this was possible back then, but slow mindful actions creating incremental ongoing change awoke me in mind body and soul to be who I am today.

I believe in miracles because I absolutely believe that it is what I have, and continue to, experience every day of this soul journey.
